CAUSE NO. E199 OF 2025
By Wilson Kiprono Keter, of P.O. Box 46, Mogogosiek in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipketer arap Kilel, who died at Chongenwo, on 7th February, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2026
By (1) Jane Cherono Sigei and (2) Kipngetchi Sigei, both of P.O. Box 290, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsoi Kimeto, who died at Kimawit, on 23rd August, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2026
By Alexander Kipkemoi Muge, of P.O. Box 227- 20406, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulina Cherono Maina alias Pauline Cherono Maina, who died on 7th August, 1999.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
