TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2025
By Kenyanya Mwita Moseti, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwita Moseti Chacha alias Mwita Moset Chacha, who died at Nyametaburo Sub- location, on 3rd March, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2025
By Joseph Chacha Robi, of P.O. Box 1- 40413, Kehancha in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimera Mohere alias Kimera Mohera, who died at Komomange, on 20th September, 1992.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
