TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2024
By Titus Musomba Mbaef, of P.O. Box 113-90134, Yoani in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zipporah Syekonyo Mbaewho died at Makindu Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 27th August, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Christina Mbithe Ndolo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Lucas Kasuku, who died at Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Kenya, on 21st October, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
