TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2026
By Hellen Awino Masai, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Ogala Masai alias Jackson Ogalla Masai, who died on 4th May, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2026
By Margaret Adhiambo Ochieng, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Opiyo Ochieng’ alias Reuben Opiyo Ochieng, who died on 1st June, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2026
By (1) Josinta Akeyo Ogoro and (2) Jane Atieno Awino, the deceased’s daughter and daughter- in- law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ongoro Odhiambo, who died on 12th August, 1998.

By (1) Carolyne Achieng Osore and (2) Evance Odhiambo Osore, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hesbon Osore, who died on 28th March, 2003.

By Sirpina Odira Obongo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maira Obonyo, who died on 6th January, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2026
By Calvince Okumu Kongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kongo Agola alias Kongo Ogola, who died on 2nd June, 1994.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
