TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2026
By Philida Achieng Odienga, of P.O. Box 14- 40305, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Ondienga Mianda, who died on 12th July, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2025
By Siprosa Anyango Muga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ismael Owuor Onyango, who died on 6th October, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
