IN THE SENIOR RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT WANG’URU
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2025
By (1) Peter Gichobi Munene and (2) Mwankii Munene Gittiu, both of P.O. Box 70, Wang’uru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munene Gaitiu alias Munene Gittiu, who died at Nairobi, Amani Chesire Home along Sclaters Road, on 26th August, 1967.
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By Dancan Muema Mutiso, of P.O. Box 6, Karaba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutiso Nguti, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 26th March, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
