PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2025
By Wilson Mutiga Theiri, of P.O. Box 85- 10106, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiru Theiri, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital, Othaya in Kenya, on 17th December, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2025
By (1) Tarcisio Gachiri Kiragu and (2) Mary Muthoni Kiragu, both of P.O. Box 13085- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Kiragu Waweru, who died at Megalife Hospital in Kenya, on 25th June, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
