deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of M’Maiti M’Mirero alias Maiti Mirero, who died at Kigane
Sub-location, on 30th December, 2009.

By (1) Caroline Karimi and (2) Leonard Kithinji Marete, both of
P.O. Box 60, Igoji in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and cousin,
respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of John Gichunge M’Turua alias John Gichunge M’Tuua, who
died at Kinoro, on 26th August, 2017.

By Mercy Gaichugi Riungu, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndatho
Muthige, who died at Baranga, on 8th October, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
