PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By (1) Gideon Kangogo Kibii and (2) Daniel Kulei Chebii, both of P.O. Box 6, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Chebii Sumukwo alias Wilson Sumukwa, who died at Nakuru General Hospital in Kenya, on 27th January, 1987.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By (1) Jane Kipkoech Kigen, (2) Priscilla Teriki Kigen, (3) Violet Jemutai Kigen and (4) Benard Kibichii Kigen, all of P.O. Box 6, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Kipkoech Kigen, who died at Nakuru General Hospital in Kenya, on 24th September, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
