TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E576 OF 2025
By (1) Veronica Muthoni Ngethe and (2) Salome Wacuka Irungu, both of P.O. Box 68061- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. A. M. Kamundia & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Irungu Nyambura, late of Mathare, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th July, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2026
By Benson Kinyua Wanjiba, of P.O. Box 7461- 00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. Akinyi S. J. & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cecilia Wanjiru Kinyua, who died at Kiamaina, on 5th November, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2026
By Felister Wanjiku Mwangi, of P.O. Box 52123- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. Wanjiru Ng’ang’a & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Mwangi, who died at Huruma, on 24th March, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
