TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1004 OF 2025
By Gerald Ambalwa Likhayo, of P.O. Box 123-50104, Khayega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Likhayo Chisaina alias Peter Likhayo Kisaina, who died at Shirulu Sub-location, on 21st October, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E1006 OF 2025
By Rose Mmbone Mudeng’ani, of P.O. Box 124, Wodanga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jesse Mudengani Analo, who died on 6th February, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
