IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT GATUNDU
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2026
By (1) Mary Bernadette Ngendo Gitu, (2) Kevin Wandu Nugi and (3) Martin Musyimi Nugi, all of P.O. Box 353-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nugi Wandu alias Joseph Wandu alias Joseph N. Wandu alias Wandu Joseph Nugi, who died Kiawandiga Sub-location, on 27th January, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
