PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2026
By (1) Franklin Mwenda Muketha and (2) Ian Muthomi Muketha, both of P.O. Box 2477, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godfrey Kaburu Muketha alias Godfrey Periseus K. R. Muketha, who died at Lifecare Hospital in Kenya, on 10th July, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2026
By Wilson Kaigera Mbirithi, of P.O. Box 692-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbiriti Karungunyu Karungunyu alias Mbirithi Karungunyu, who died at Ndiine Sub-location, on 1st July, 1973.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
