IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT MERU
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2025
By (1) Jacob Mukaba Mikwa, (2) Zakayo Gituma M’Itwamikwa and (3) Christine Kaijuju Mwenda, all of P.O. Box 703-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Itwamikwa M’Igunda alias M’Itwamikwa M’Ikiunda, who died at Ndiine, on 20th November, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
