PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E208 OF 2024
By (1) Paul Musavi Mutua and (2) John Kimeu Mutua, both of P.O. Box 1-90141, Kathiani in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Mutua Kaleli, who died along Kenol-Sagana Road, on 8th February, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2026
By Peter Mule Makau, of P.O. Box 2243-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor to the deceased’s, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Titus Musembi Makau, who died at Kiboko in 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
