TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2026
By Serah Koki, of P.O. Box 756-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martina Ngwatwa, who died at Kangundo Level 4 Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd May, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2026
By (1) Cecilia Kioko Wanjiru and (2) Kefa Ngalama, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Muthike Strom, who died in Sweden, on 5th March, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2026
By Anna Kithei Kinyanuyo, of P.O. Box 104-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kinyanuyo Kitonyi, who died on 28th June, 2002.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
