TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2025
By Alice Njeri Mwangi, of P.O. Box 73, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emily Kanyi Mwangi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 26th December, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2025
By (1) Violet Wambugi Kathuguya and (2) Musa Miunge Nyaga, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephantus Nyaga Kariema, who died at Kiserian, on 19th October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2025
By (1) Janet Wanjeri Waweru and (2) Whitney Waititu Githae, both of P.O. Box 250, Kiserian in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Githae Kahara, who died at Kyumbi, on 18th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By (1) Brian Makhanu Joseph and (2) Brandon Francis Makhanu, both of P.O. Box 2264-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Everlyne Kasei Mage, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 26th December, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
