CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2026
By (1) Sitonik Kiptonui Sigilai, (2) Paul Kipkirui Ruto and (3) Richard Kibet Toweet, all of P.O. Box 75, Chebunyo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taplelei w/o arap Murata, who died at Kapkimolwa, on 28th March, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2026
By Lilly Chepkemoi Koech, of P.O. Box 25, Chebunyo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Kiplangat Koech, who died at Kaplong Hospital in Kenya, on 7th November, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2026
By Norah Chelangat Kenduiwo, of P.O. Box 95, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimutai arap Maina, who died at Nyambugo Sub- location, on 14th August, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
