PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E405 OF 2025
By Garo Edgar, of P.O. Box 1330- 30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raban Kabai Kibogo alias Raban Kavai Kibogo, who died on 31st July, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2026
By (1) Moses Kiprono Rotich and (2) Benjamin Cheruiyet Rotich, both of P.O. Box 30- 30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprotich arap Salim, who died at Ochoria, on 4th October, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
