TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2025
By Christopher Onchangu Magere, of P.O. Box 858, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magere Onchangu, who died at Kionganyo Sub- location, on 20th August, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E349 OF 2025
By James Ondieki Nyangoto, of P.O. Box 858, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyangoto Onkundi, who died at Keboye Sub- location, on 27th April, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2026
By (1) Ceciliah Isandah and (2) Linus Ongosi, both of P.O. Box 147, Oyuqis in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zacharia Nyandiko Mayega alias Zacharia Nyandiko, who died on 16th February, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
