TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E513 OF 2025
By Geoffrey Ongeri Orangi, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresa Gesare Orangi, who died at Bonyagatanyi Sub-location, on 20th October, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By (1) Peninah Ombati and (2) Lavender Valary Nyakundi, both of P.O. Box 4282-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Nyakundi Ombongi, who died on 10th January, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2026
By (1) Ceciliail Isandah and (2) Linus Ongosi, both of P.O. Box 147, Oyuqis in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Ongosi Mayega alias Thomas Aboki, who died at Mochenwa, Embaro Sub-location, on 19th May, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
