TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E280 OF 2024
By Silvanus Okungu Odundo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odundo Teresia Odhiambo, who died at Nyamonye Sub- location, on 7th August, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E316 OF 2025
By Shadrack Otieno Godia, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Akungu Onyalo alias Christopher Kungu, who died at Sirembe.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
