TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2026
By Pamela Akinyi Ombogo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nidege Manguro, who died on 22nd September, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E180 OF 2026
By Mary Onwure Otingi, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alois Otingi Ongulo, who died on 9th June, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E185 OF 2026
By Moses Owuor Dede, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Dede Mwombo alias Charles Dede Muombo, who died on 1st February, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2026
By Mary Atieno Otieno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owuor Oloo, who died on 4th March, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2026
By Kenedy Ochieng Orwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Arut Orwa alias Arua Arot, who died on 11th December, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
