TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2026
By James Otieno Kasera, of P.O. Box 209, Oyuigis in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongaro Miniambo, who died at Kamiyawa Sub-location, on 6th August, 1985.
CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2026
By Paul Adoo Odondi, of P.O. Box 209, Oyuigis in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odede Anyiko, who died at Kamiyawa Sub-location, on 15th June, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E208 OF 2026
By (1) Gorety Awino Orua and (2) Gordon Oduor Ogalo, both of P.O. Box 1, Kosele in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Ogalo Mimbi alias Ogalo Mimbi, who died at Kamuma Sub-location, on 10th March, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
