TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2025
By Nancy Wanja Maina, of P.O. Box 17, Gituamba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Maina Kamau, who died at Gituamba Sub-location, on 3rd July, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2025
By (1) Charles Murei Kariku and (2) Gabriel Ndungu Kariku, both of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gerard Kariku Kamau alias Kariku Kamau, who died at Mitero Sub-location, on 21st June, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
