TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By Joseph Muange Ngumai, of P.O. Box 1- 90127, Mbumbuni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngumai Kiswii, who died at Mwania Sub- location, on 31st March, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By (1) Christine Katile Musyoka and (2) Winnie Katunge Musyoka, both of P.O. Box 1- 90127, Mbumbuni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Musyoka Kithuka, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 29th March, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2026
By Muli Kalanga, of P.O. Box 72- 90133, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilanga Muthike, who died at Kalawani Sub- location, on 19th December, 2007.

By Fredrick Mutie Mutua, of P.O. Box 51792- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Mbuvi, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 24th April, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
