TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2026
By (1) Alexander Kithendu Kisyanga and (2) John Musili Kisyanga, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kisyanga Kithendu Ngui alias Kisyanga Kithendu Ngunu, who died at Ngongoni, on 3rd August, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2026
By Anthony Mbuvi Ngwae, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muli Ngwae Maseki alias Muli Ngae Maseki, who died at Mbondoni Sub- location, on 19th January, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2026
By (1) Joseph Muyaya Mwinzi and (2) Fay Mary Mwinzi, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwinzi Kitema alias Daniel Mwinzi Kitema, who died at Kyanika Sub- location, on 20th June, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
