TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2026
By Domiano Wekesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patric Wabwile Wanyonyi alias Patrice Wabwile, who died at Sirende, on 3rd October, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2026
By (1) Francis Nakhoya Nyongesa and (2) Antony Simiyu Nyongesa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laurent Nyongesa Nakaoya, who died at Makuselwa Sub- location, on 27th October, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
