By Mary Mmboga Ottit, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ottit Ndeda, who died at District Hospital, Vihiga in Kenya, on 18th December, 2008.

By Francis Chavatuthi Imbai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Imbayi alias Musa Embai Jalivu, who died at Bugina Sub-location, on 16th April, 1992.
