TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2026
By Irene Njau M’Lingine, of P.O. Box 119-60602, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lingine Eranganri, who died at Kianjai, on 1st January, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2026
By Stephen Karithi, of P.O. Box 119-60602, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanana Thimangu, who died at Matiru, on 1st September, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
