TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E559 OF 2025
By Elizabeth Afwande Semo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Repper Amindo, who died on 21st September, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By Hellen Achieng Odiko, of P.O. Box 2104-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Odiko Owegi alias Odiko Owegi, who died on 6th July, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2026
By Alma Atieno Onyuka, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Okumu Ovier, who died on 21st August, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2026
By Peter Obiene Ojouk, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos James Ojouk, who died on 25th January, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
