By (1) Paul Ochieng Ogola, (2) John Omolo Ogola and (3) Peter Odero Ogola, all of P.O. Box 1- 40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogola Ochieng, who died at South Kanyajuok Sub- location, on 28th August, 1993.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
