By Anthony Kagiri Ndegwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndegwa Kabebe alias
Ndegwa s/o Kabebe, who died at Mukurweini Hospital in Kenya, on
28th August, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025
By (1) David Kiiru Gatonye, (2) Nancy Wangui Thairu and (3)
Lilian Wairimu Kungu, all of P.O. Box 50, Gakindu in Kenya, the
deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Beth Wanjiru Gatonye alias Beth Wanjiru, who died at
Gakindu Sub-location, on 1st June, 2007.

who died at Gatura, Nyeri, on 20th August, 1976.

By Simon Gacina Gichuhi, of P.O. Box 26, Mukurweini in Kenya,
the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Muthoni Kiruru Chiuru alias Muthoni Kiriru Chiuru, who
died at Lamuria, Laikipia, on 10th January, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
