TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By William Odenyo Mbuya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mbuya Ogutu, who died on 10th March, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2026
By (1) Joyce Atieno Odhiambo and (2) Anne Anyango Odhiambo, the deceased’s daughter-in-laws, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Avich Oloo, who died at Ligala Sub-location, on 25th December, 1987.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
