CAUSE NO. E392 OF 2025
By Josephat Sauni Orina, of P.O. Box 418, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Orina alias Orina Magati, who died on 7th October, 2008.

By Prisca Kemunto Omoke, of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Birisira Monyenye Chonatan, who died at Kerera, on 9th April, 2002.

The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
