TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2023
By Stephen Runji Gichoni, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Gichoni Migunyi, who died
at Evurore Sub-location, on 5th April, 1982.
CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2024
By Faith Ndegi Ireri, of P.O. Box 71, Siakago in Kenya, for a grant
of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbugua Gatabi,
who died at Mbeere.
CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2025
By Benjamin Murathi Muthakie, the deceased’s father, for a grant
of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Mwaniki
Murathi, who died at Riandu Sub-location, on 7th March, 2024.

By Monicah Mbura Muturi, of P.O. Box 202–60113, Kiritiri in
Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of John Kinyua Muturi alias John Ngari Muturi,
who died at Ntharawe Sub-location, on 26th December, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E245 OF 2025
By Joseph Mutuota Mbuthia, of P.O. Box 202, Kiritiri in Kenya,
the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Henry Mbuthia Ngure, who died at Mwai Kibaki Hospital
in Kenya, on 29th August, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E248 OF 2025
By (1) Winny Mururi Njoka and (2) Pauline Njoki Njeru, both of
P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Njeru Njiru,
who died at Gikiiri Sub-location, on 15th May, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
