TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By (1) Martin Aperem Lottee, (2) Susan Cherop Lottee, (3) Lawrence Kibet Lottee and (4) Milka Chepokopus Lottee, all of P.O. Box 54- 30600, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Francis Lottee Lotekeu alias Francis Lottee Lotekeu alias Francis L. Lotekeu, who died at Chewoyet Sub- location, on 30th November, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
