PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E652 OF 2025
By (1) Patrick Amuhaya Muteshi and (2) Ferdinand Eric Imbukwa Muteshi, both of P.O. Box 30656- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower son, respectively, through Kipkosom Gitonga & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Ngui Muteshi, late of Kakamega, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 4th March, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
