TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E443 OF 2025
By Janice Wairimu Ndegwa, of P.O. Box 38146- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s child, through Messrs. Marinda & Co., advocates of Kilifi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Duncan Ndegwa Amos, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 20th January, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2026
By Mercy Muthoni Kiarie, of P.O. Box 53586- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. Wamathai Murui & Co., advocates of Limuru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hamuel Kiarie Kuria, who died on 18th December, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2026
By (1) Lucia Kanyi Mbugua and (2) Margaret Wairimu Mungai, both of P.O. Box 7619- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. Chebon Kiprono, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mungai Kamau, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 24th June, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
