CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By (1) Ruth Mueni Mwoki and (2) Elijah Mwambua Mwoki, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Franco Mwoki Mwambua, who died at KPA Gorofani Estate, on 2nd December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2026
By Festo Geor Obura, of P.O. Box 42383- 80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edah Mwake Ngwatu- Ger, who died at Blk Super Speciality Hospital, India, on 12th March, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2026
By Christine Mueni Kisobi, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Kisobi Mbiti, who died at Mewa Medical Centre, on 16th February, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
