IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT KISUMU
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2026
By (1) Boaz Churchill Ogola and (2) Yasmin Adhiambo Owido, both of P.O. Box 48- 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arthur Donald Owido alias Arthur Dornald Owido alias Dornald Owido, who died at Konya, Kisumu, on 30th March, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
