TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2026
By (1) Ronald Odhiambo Onyango and (2) Sylvia Adhiambo Onyango, both of P.O. Box 23140- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antonina Atieno Onyango, who died at Evans Sunrise Hospital in Kenya, on 30th October, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2026
By Marither Wanjiru Njenga, of P.O. Box 21- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Njenga Njoroge, who died at Kiamaina, on 21st December, 1995.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
