TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E185 OF 2025
By Peter Nganga Kingori, of P.O. Box 16480- 60200, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Irene Wanjiku Mugo, who died on 29th October, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2026
By (1) Mary Waithera Ng’ang’a and (2) Stephen Waithira Ng’ang’a, both of P.O. Box 30075, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ng’ang’a Njoroge, who died at Wanyororo, on 31st July, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
