TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2026
By (1) William Kipkemoi Yegon and (2) Benard Kiplagat Yegon, both of P.O. Box 14005- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Chepkoech Chumo, who died at Kelelwet, on 19th April, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E227 OF 2026
By Julius Mwanza Malua, of P.O. Box 81- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Mukulu Marua, who died at Mona Sub- location, on 25th December, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
