TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2024
By (1) Elizabeth Wambui Kamau and (2) Paul Githinji Kamau,
both of P.O. Box 9–20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s widow
and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of John Kamau Kiraba, who died at Light Hospital in
Kenya, on 23rd December, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2024
By (1) Charles Kamau Githu and (2) Susan Wangeci Githu, both
of P.O. Box 77–20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and
sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Stanley Maina Githu, who died on 26th May, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2025
By Jane Wangui Mwathi, of P.O. Box 668–20100, Nakuru in
Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Stephen Mwathi Mbugua, who died at St.
Joseph R. V. Hospital in Kenya, on 7th July, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2025
By (1) Margaret Nyambura Kamau and (2) John Kamau Mburu,
both of P.O. Box 80, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s widow
and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of Joseph Mburu Njehia alias Joseph Mburu Njihia, who
died at Benedict XVI Hospital in Kenya, on 9th November, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
