TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 24 OF 2016
By James Mwangi Macharia, of P.O. Box 12598-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of probate of the last will to the estate of Macharia Mwangi, who died at New Karati, Naivasha, on 19th March, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2025
By (1) Ayub Ndirangu Mungai and (2) David Kahora Ndirangu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Njeri Ndirangu, who died at Naivasha Subcounty Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 26th July, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2026
By Pauline Wambui Mugo, of P.O. Box 1990-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Nyambura Mugo, who died on 30th December, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2026
By Stephen Kimani Kiariki, of P.O. Box 90, Maai Mahiu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wanjiku Kimani, who died at Gituamba Location, on 16th December, 1988.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
