TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E202 OF 2025
By Yobesia Kerobo Okioma, of P.O. Box 32-10105, Naromoru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnstone Okioma Kerandi, who died at Maria Immaculate Hospital in Kenya, on 26th October, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2026
By Judy Abdallah Halaku, of P.O. Box 72-10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Adoyo Abdalla, who died at Umoja, on 3rd October, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
