By Susan Igaji Miriti, of P.O. Box 15, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justan Miriti J. Munyua, who died at Gatua, on 7th February, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2026
By Ruguuru Miriti, of P.O. Box 301, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Miriti alias Miriti Muruja, who died at Karii, on 23rd July, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2026
By Mercy Njeri Nkambi, of P.O. Box 301- 60401, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jesca Nchooro Jackson, who died at Gaichau, on 10th June, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2026
By Celina Nkirote Kithure, of P.O. Box 3- 60400, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kithure Kanampiu, who died at Chuka Hospital in Kenya, on 19th June, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
