CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2025
By (1) Charles Kyalo Ndambuki and (2) Joseph Muthama Ndambuki, both of P.O. Box 81- 90131, Tala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndambuki Ukunyu, who died on 3rd July, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2026
By Pauline Nzembi Makewa, of P.O. Box 460- 90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Makewa Maingi, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 27th January, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2026
By (1) Monica Ndinda Muia, (2) Mary Kalondu Mwanzia, (3) Fransisca Mwongeli Muiya and (4) Isaac Nzuki Muiya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Muiya Nziuki, who died at Kithimani, Matungulu, on 28th February, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2026
By Rose Waithira Mwangi, of P.O. Box 44674- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mbari Ngugi, who died on 1st August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
