CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Natumoi Nashuru Paapai, of P.O. Box 270, Kilgoris in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murefu Lemeu ole Paapai alias Murefu Lemeu Paapai, who died at Oloibor, Soito, on 7th May, 2001.

By Maina William Lemisu, of P.O. Box 166- 40700, Kilgoris in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipeet ole Maina, who died at Ram Hospital in Kenya, on 27th September, 2010.

By Patrick Meiteikini Kaiyok, of P.O. Box 166- 40700, Kilgoris in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemei ole Kipkuro, who died at Enoosaen, on 11th February, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By (1) Julius ole Mokita and (2) Soipano ene Sururu, both of P.O. Box 1, Kilgoris in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sururu ole Mokita, who died on 26th October, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
